4Site is looking for a Junior Estimator to join our client based in Central London.

Our client is a main contractor specialising in internal and external refurbishments across the residential and commercial sectors. They are a growing company building an excellent reputation through the quality of their completed projects, which are typically valued up to £3m. Due to their demand, they are now looking for an ambitious Junior Estimator to support their commercial team in a mix of office and site-based duties.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Supporting the Senior Estimator
Subcontractor tender enquiries
Site visits to carry out inspections
Pricing new tenders
Liaising with clients and subcontractors

The ideal candidate will have:

Degree qualification
Minimum one year construction experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of market rates
Ambitious and motivated attitude
