Evening Concierge - Residential

Role Summary Evening Concierge15:00 - 23:00 [8 hours per shift]4 days on / 4 days off£20,000Job Description: They are currently seeking an Evening Concierge to join their team in London. As an Evening Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Monitor access to the building and ensure security protocols are followed
• Handle resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently
• Assist with parcel deliveries and manage package storage
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to maintain safety and security
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed, following established procedures
• Perform light cleaning duties in common areas as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is advantageous
