I'm currently working with a valuable client of mine, an award-winning residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Facade Manager for their residential scheme in West London. The scheme consists of 300 units plus of RC frame, consisting of 4 blocks.
As a Facade Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the co-ordination, quality control, management and safety installation of the facade package which includes; Brickwork, SFS, Metsec, Scaffolding, Windows, Balconies, Hard & soft Landscaping works. The ideal candidate must be able to experience managing these packages, working in a similar Site Manager role for a minimum 5 years plus, working with the main contractor/residential developer. You must be able to problem solve, write weekly reports, excellent on quality control and manage health and safety very well.
To be applicable for the role you must posses a valid SMSTS and CSCS card. Experience in external facades.
