Great opportunity to join our client, a global luxury retailer as front of house within a prestigious department store. We are looking for a Front of House with passion and great energy to really engage with all clientele and make them feel welcome. The ideal candidate will be use to working in a luxury service focused environment.As the Front of House you will:
- Greet and welcome all clients in a warm and sincere manner.
- Hosting clients whilst visiting, such as coordinating refreshments and answering any questions they may have.
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Have excellent communication skills
