Handyperson & Carpenter required for a busy office in central London.
The business has 3 offices all within walking distance, and require help and expertise to maintain services, light duties, painting, or carpentry, fixing doors and servicing systems and alarms which will all be trained.
If you are an all rounder, problem solver and can fix things you will be very welcome to apply to work for a ncie team who need your help to amke sure everything works tick tock.
Will be a busy role, no two days being the same you will be in charge of manking sure the offices and apartments they have are all in good working order and well maintained to a good and high standard.
Driving would be an adavantage, but not essential. You need to be good with general tools like drills and saws etc.
Building shelves, maintaining kitchens, changing doors and locks, servicing air conditioning with training, maintaining health and safety systems and security systems, alarms, small and minor plumbing dutues etc.
