Location: 375 Kensington High Street

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0700 – 1600

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This role will be based at an exclusive development in the prestigious Kensington area, featuring 521 luxurious residences. Conveniently located just minutes away from Kensington Olympia train station. The development includes a state-of-the-art gym, a rejuvenating spa, a stylish residents' lounge, and the added comfort of a 24-hour concierge and security services. Your primary responsibilities will encompass painting and decorating, small repairs, basic plumbing, and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Handyperson at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
You’ll have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections.
You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
You’ll understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
Your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
