Job Title: Handyperson - London Borough of Camden

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Handyperson to join our team in the London Borough of Camden. This role involves carrying out and managing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. From trade skills and general repair work to ongoing maintenance, you'll play a key role in keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities
Perform light repairs and general upkeep as needed
Undertake basic landscaping and outdoor tasks
Fill gaps, complete painting and decorating work
Assist with lighting installations, carpeting, and minor fitting tasks
Repair equipment, appliances, and small machines
Accurately identify, document, and report required repair work
Recommend additional maintenance where appropriate
