Handyperson - Greenwich - 35k + Package

My client is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join theirteam on a site based in Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established service provider that prides itself on offering a stable, secure working environment that allowsfor growth and progression

You will work a standard Mon - Fri 40 hour working week with the opportunity for overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks across the site
• Undertake painting and decorating work to a high standard
• Assist with basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Perform minor carpentry, tiling, and general handyman duties as required
• Respond to tasks and requests with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar handyperson or maintenance role
• Strong background in painting & decorating - ideally a qualifciation
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, carpentry, and tiling
• A positive, flexible approach to work with a willingness to take on any given task
• Good communication skills and a team-player mentality
