Our client, a diverse property consultancy, manages numerous projects in central London. Alongside Rights of Light and Party Wall services, they specialise in planning, development, and property management.

They cater to a broad spectrum of clients, including developers, investors, and both private and public sector entities. With the company experiencing significant growth, they are keen to fill this role urgently.

The ideal person would have strong experience within Rights of Light and Party Wall and experience in managing a team.  You may already be a Director of Rights of Light, a Director of Party Wall or currently at an Associate Level looking to step up.
