Clerk of works
We are currently assisting a council in London with their search for an experienced highways Clerk of works on a contract basis.
What you will need to Succeed:
路Significant experience in the inspection of highway works, including the construction of new housing estate roads and maintenance schemes;
路Sound knowledge of highway materials and requirements;
路Excellent understanding of the Specification for Highway Works;
路Excellent understanding of NRSWA;
路Excellent understanding of site health and safety requirements and the application of the CDM regulations;
路Confidence in highlighting defects and resolving conflicts in a pragmatic way;
路Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively and flexibly as part of a team and individually with a 'can do' approach to problems and issues;
路Ability to keep appropriate, thorough and accurate records and photographs of inspections;
