HR Administrator - Fast growing Technology organisation
Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £25-30,000 + benefits + great career opportunities
Our Client is growing exponentially and is seeking a highly ambitious and capable HR Administrator to join their growing team. In this newly created position, you will serve as both an administrator and advisor to support the Human Resource and Recruitment team.
This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone to progress their HR career, with development to include CIPD sponsorship. This is a great opportunity for a graduate with a years relevant placement experience perhaps. Our Client can also consider candidates seeking a 4day part time arrangement
The role:
To create processes, to support the new HR System, regarding starters, leavers and changes to contracts of employment. Ensuring all starters, leavers and changes are legally compliant, processed efficiently and stored in an appropriate manner.
To maintain all absence records across the organisation by working alongside senior stakeholders to ensure accuracy in information.
To manage the HR inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner.
To support the Head of HR & Payroll with payroll related matters and tasks
To deliver the full suite of HR reports required across the monthly and yearly cycle.
To provide advice and guidance to managers on HR queries
To support with employee relations
To assist in the recruitment process by ensuring all candidates get the right details, at the right time for the amazing opportunity they have applied for. Additionally, to support the occasional interview to ensure consistency across the organisation.
To support key projects as they arrive.
The person:
Degree qualified with a years HR placement experience
Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally from a high growth technology focused organisation
Great opportunity for a graduate that has completed an HR graduate programme and is looking for their next step.
A true interest in what technology can do for the future or HR
CIPD will be funded
Must be able to work in either the London or Manchester office two to three days a week
Keen to learn and develop, ambitious for your future within HR

IT literate, especially with experience of a HR system
