The role

In your new role as a HR Administrator, you will be providing high quality administrative support to a busy Human Resources team in London. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the HR inboxes daily.
  • Responsible for all data entry on HR system (Workday) to include new joiner/leaver information, vacation, sickness, secondments and other leave of absences.
  • Assisting HR team with the employee lifecycle processes.
  • Preparing letters.
  • Carrying out Right to Work checks for new employees.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in an HR administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Good IT skills (knowledge of Workday is beneficial).
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
