Are you an immediately available proactive HR Assistant who thrives working in a fast paced creative environment?
Handle are working with a leading production company who are looking for an adaptive HR Assistant to support with the day to day running of the HR function on a 3 month FTC basis. This is a very hands-on role that will be the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries ensuring that the function runs professionally and smoothly.
As the HR Assistant you will be supporting senior management with general administration efficiently and in a timely manner. It is critical that the HR Assistant is happy to actively contribute to new initiatives and can take on areas of responsibility when required.
You must have experience managing the freelancer process and have a good understanding of preparing freelancer contracts.
- You will need at least 1-2 years HR experience, if you have worked within a smaller team/function where you have had more exposure to general admin is a bonus!
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident working manually and has an eye for detail when it comes to data input
- Flexible/Growth mind-set - someone who is excited by change and keen to give ideas and initiatives
