Are you a people-first HR generalist who thrives in a hands-on role? We are looking for a confident and proactive HR Generalist to run the daily HR function.
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you'll be the go-to person for everything people-related - from recruitment, on boarding and performance to culture, compliance and employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, shaping and supporting a brilliant team in a business that values its people.
What you'll do:
- Own the full recruitment & on boarding lifecycle
- Be the heart of HR operations using BambooHR & Excel
- Champion employee engagement, culture and events
- Support training, DEI initiatives & performance reviews
- Advise on day-to-day people queries, processes & policies
What you'll bring:
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Strong generalist skills and great attention to detail
- A proactive, people-first mindset and problem-solving approach
- Experience managing HR systems - BambooHR is a plus!
- (Bonus: global HR exposure or a CIPD Level 3+)
