  • Location: Hybrid (2 days in London, 1 day in Reading - This will be reimbursed)

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End HR Services: Manage payroll, onboarding, salary changes, and employee queries.
  • Payroll Management: Collaborate with the outsourced vendor to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Employee Support: Be the go-to person for employee queries, low-level ER cases, and performance discussions.
  • Facilities Support: Handle light facilities duties in London, including liaising with office staff and managing supplies.

�? Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a full HR generalist role.
  • Comfortable with employee relations and performance management.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
