- Salary: Up to circa £38,000 (Salary is dependent on level of delivery, skills and experience)

- Experience Required: Must have recent exposure / experience of delivering, assessing or coaching HR Apprenticeship Standards and hold CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources OR Learning and Development. Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR Teaching qualification (PTLLS / AET). Must be comfortable with Online 1-1 and group-based training delivery. Hold solid occupational experience within HR, ideally at management level. Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
