Job Title: Interim Demand Forecasting Specialist Your New Daily rate: up to £265 PAYE/£347 umbrella (inside IR35) *equivalent of up to £69k Duration: Until 13/12/2024, may go longer Location: West London/Hybrid (2/3 days in the office per week) Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Interim Demand Forecasting Specialist - What You'll be Doing: As a Demand Forecasting Specialist, you will be responsible for driving improvements in forecast accuracy and improving performance in customer service and reductions in working capital.
- Demand forecasting process improvement
- Harmonisation of global processes across regions
- Deployment of Demand Forecasting process
- Executing monthly IBP cycle.
- Build string relationships with Commercial & Finance colleagues.
- KPI management.
- Project Management and execution
- Strong digital analytics capability
- Ensuring that there is a comprehensive total volume forecast including New Product Introduction, competitor activity and tenders, enabling proper production planning, capacity of supply chain and suppliers to meet demand
- Developing demand scenario plans to support the stakeholders at market and regional levels to assess and act on business risks and opportunities
The skills you need to succeed:
- Demand forecasting experience in the Pharmaceutical or a highly regulated environment.
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong networking, planning and organisational skills with a demonstrated capability to manage complex projects with short timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Highly developed analytical skills using Power BI, Excel.
- Multinational experience.
- Supply planning experience is a plus.
