Multi Trader needed in North London

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for Multi Traders for a property services company to join an existing team full time.

This role will be covering the North London area on multiple properties, including void & occupied.

This role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Job details:

Job role: Mult Trader

Rate: 20/hr CIS (this will change into a salary upon becoming a permanent employee)

Benefits: van & fuel card are provided

Duration: Temp-to-perm

Location: North London

Main duties:

• Strong knowledge and skills of all trades
• Experience working in customers/tenants homes

Requirements:

• Full clean UK driving license
• City & Guilds Carpentry, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry Or NVQ in Plumbing
• Asbestos Awareness (if you do not have this we can assist)
• Has a DBS or willing to get one done
• Minimum 2 references from past employers
