Their New Homes team is a market leader in the sales and marketing of London’s most exciting residential developments.The RoleThey are looking for an ambitious and proactive New Homes Broker to join the London Residential Development team, with a dedicated focus on East London. You will work across a diverse and growing portfolio of new build developments, acting as the primary liaison between developers and buyers, and delivering outstanding sales performance.Key Responsibilities
  • Represent and sell new homes developments across East London, including off-plan and completed units
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, buyers, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to exchange and completion
  • Conduct viewings, present show homes, and attend launch events and exhibitions
  • Provide market insight and feedback to developers to inform sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales progress
About You
  • Proven experience in new homes sales or residential property brokerage (ideally East London market)
  • Deep knowledge of the East London property landscape, buyer demographics, and investment trends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
  • Passion for real estate and delivering best-in-class client service
