- Represent and sell new homes developments across East London, including off-plan and completed units
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, buyers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to exchange and completion
- Conduct viewings, present show homes, and attend launch events and exhibitions
- Provide market insight and feedback to developers to inform sales strategy
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales progress
- Proven experience in new homes sales or residential property brokerage (ideally East London market)
- Deep knowledge of the East London property landscape, buyer demographics, and investment trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
