PA - Commercial Property

An award-winning and highly respected commercial property company, managing approximately 5.4 million square feet of commercial real estate, is seeking an experienced and confident PA to support a small team of senior managers within a dynamic and fast-paced department.

With a reputation for its design-led philosophy and creative approach to property regeneration, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an established background working at a senior level, who is full of initiative and drive. Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail is crucial along with the ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Overview:

  • Role: Team PA
  • Salary: Up to £50,000
  • Location: Mayfair

The PA will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing diary management for the team ensuring efficient and effective use is made of the team’s time.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, both internal and external, often with high profile visitors - complex diary management is a significant element of the role.
  • Producing presentations for Board meetings, team presentations or high-profile meetings using Indesign / Canva.
  • Assisting with any corporate events / committee boards the team are involved with.

The Ideal PA will have at least 3 years experience as a Team PA, Personal Assistant, Team Secretary, Team Administrator or Team Assistant ideally within Property (not essential).Benefits include:
