Senior Plannerbased Piccadilly Circus - Long term assignment pay to 450 per day limited company

We are currently resourcing an experienced freelance Senior Plannerfor a London based construction main contractor. Site based a short walk from Piccadilly Circus tube, the project involves the refurbishment of an existing building into a 350 room hotel.

The successful Senior Planner's responsibilities will included involvement will the master programme and breaking down packages based on requirements and deliverables. Feeding in progress and comparing to baseline information. Change control and alternation to master programme. The Senior Planner will also be involved in regular communication with the Project Team.The project is using MS project software.

Senior Planner will have experienced of fast track fit out schemes, good understanding of tradition forms of contract, good communication skills because the role will require the Senior Planner to meet with the client and their team to understand expectations and gather information about the project and then work with the internal project teams to ensure delivery, on-time, on-budget and effectively.
