Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing Binding Authorities, endorsements, and policy documentation
  • Supporting brokers with market placements and client servicing
  • Preparing broking presentations, slips, schedules, and endorsements
  • Handling claims data, and major claims analysis
  • Overseeing accounts procedures and client money calculations
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
  • Using key market platforms and systems for documentation and processing
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in liability insurance (e.g., PI, D&O, Healthcare)
  • Strong understanding of London Market practices and compliance frameworks
  • Proficiency in insurance documentation and processing systems
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
  • A curious, hands-on, and adaptable mindset
