Job Title: Senior Traffic Order Maker

Salary: £45,000-£48,000 per annum
 
I am working on behalf of my client based in London for an opportunity for a Senior Traffic Order Maker to join the highways team. The right person for the role will have strong working knowledge of traffic management within the public sector and demonstrable experience within the field.
 
 
Responsibilities of the Senior Traffic Order Maker:
·Manage and co-ordinate legal traffic order making processes
·Provide professional advice
·Respond to enquiries from the public and MP's
·Investigate sites to ensure traffic measures are implemented
 
Requirements of the Senior Traffic Order Maker:
·Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or similar field
·Strong knowledge of traffic management
·Demonstrable experience within a similar role within a local authority
·Strong communication abilities
