Were seeking a skilled Sous Chef to help launch and shape an exciting new Italian restaurant and bar in Crouch End, North London. With a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and authentic Italian cooking, the restaurant will combine classic traditions with a contemporary edge to create something truly special.
The Perks Of The Role
As Sous Chef you will receive:
- Salary of £40,000-£44,000 inc. service charge.
- Independent establishment.
- Consistent schedule evenings Tuesday to Saturday
- Free meals on shift.
- Supplier relationships and tastings.
- Growth as the business develops.

Showcasing the best of Italy through seasonal ingredients to create simple, honest dishes that are beautifully presented. Every plate tells a story of craftsmanship, tradition, and respect for produce - paired with thoughtfully curated wines and a welcoming, vibrant setting.
The Ideal Candidate
Were looking for a Sous Chef whos has the following skills and experience:
- A proven background a Sous Chef within a quality-led Italian or Mediterranean kitchen.
- Must have fresh, authentic Italian experience.
- Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail.
- Become the Head Chefs go to and lead the kitchen in their absence.
- Seasonal ingredient knowledge particularly Italian produce.
- Experience in creating specials.
- A passion for Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction.
- Can do attitude and a strong lead
- Reliable & able to work evenings & weekends
- Availability to start asap would be ideal!
