A great opportunity for a Statistician to join a fast-rising software company specialising in the real estate space

THE COMPANY

The business is a fast-rising software company specialising in the real estate company focused on the multi-family property market in the USA.

Joining the team as a Statistician within the Product Development team, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive innovation and solve real-world problems. Utilising you're expertise in statistical analysis, data modelling and problem solving in order to shape the direction of product and services.

THE ROLE

The successful Statistician responsibilities will include:

• New product development focus - The platform generates a lot of data, they use this to highlight problems with customers, they then use this data to build a model to fix the issue
• Data crunching unstructured data, analysis, finding out the problems, utilising exploratory and statistical analysis
• Working on real life production data, solving real life business problems, including financial forecasting too
• Full ownership and decision making for their projects, lots of room to be creative and work on what they think will work as a solution.
• Working closely with the C-Suite on a daily basis

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• SQL & Python for statistical analysis within a product environment
• BSc or MSc in mathematical/stem based subject
