Team PA - Accountancy Firm

A medium sized firm of Accountants in Central London are looking to recruit a PA to assist one of their busy teams. The firm’s client base varies from media and entertainment (film, television, theatre) as well as property, retail and the motorsport industry.

The Role:

  • Working with a wide range of staff from Bookkeepers to Senior Partners
  • Supporting the team members and Partners
  • Incorporating new companies
  • Setting up new clients on CRM software
  • Calling HMRC
  • Letters of engagements
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Mail forwarding
  • Client account management
  • Maintaining company information on the firm’s software

The firm are seeking a professional with similar experience, and within an Accountancy Firm is essential.
