TechOps Engineer (Contract) – London – £180–£200 per day
6-Month Contract | On-site | Immediate Start
We’re looking for an experienced TechOps Engineer to join a leading global brand’s London office.
This is a great opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping tech running smoothly in a busy, high-energy environment.
The role:
- Provide daily IT support to office staff (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, printers, AV equipment)
- Set up and configure Windows and Mac devices
- Troubleshoot and maintain office networks and hardware
- Act as the first point of escalation for tech issues
- Support small tech projects and office fit-outs/upgrades
- Work closely with wider technology teams across Europe
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar IT support / TechOps role
- Confident supporting Windows 10, Mac OS, and iOS devices
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networks, and AV setups
- Familiar with basic networking (Wi-Fi, patch panels, cabling)
- Great communication skills — able to explain technical issues simply
- Organised, proactive, and a real team player
- Familiar with project management principles and ITIL practices
- Experience with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira (bonus)
