Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for inclusive practices.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support students with diverse needs.
- Lead on the development and implementation of effective inclusion policies and practices.
- Contribute to whole-school improvement and leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of inclusive education and strategies to support diverse learners.
- Passion for promoting equality and ensuring every child reaches their potential.
- SENCO qualification.
