L'Atelier Robuchon, an exquisite French fine dining establishment known for its culinary excellence and elegant ambiance, is currently seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced General Manager to lead our team and uphold the high standards of service and hospitality that our guests expect. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

The right candidate will represent the Robuchon identity and its refined approach to service in a fine dining environment with a vibrant atmosphere. The candidate must be passionate about interacting with guests, have a genuine passion for customer service, and be able to demonstrate a high level of energy and personality which has been proven in past roles within the London hospitality sector.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced General Manager to lead our team and uphold the high standards of service and hospitality that our guests expect. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance and support to all staff members
  • Oversee daily operations, including restaurant management, guest relations, and staff scheduling
  • Ensure adherence to the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures to optimize profitability
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and professionalism
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with guests, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a senior management role within the fine dining or luxury hospitality sector
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, wine pairing, and menu development
  • Familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale systems, as well as Microsoft Office
