The Role

An incredibly unique opportunity has arisen for a proven General Manager to take to the helm of one of the key venues in Southeast London. An exciting time for the business, this is a real opportunity to put your own stamp on this site and leave a legacy. Already a successful venue, and ideally placed for excellent footfall, a diverse customer base, you'll need to be a real ideas person and ready to hit the ground running.

The Requirements

To apply for this role:

You will have had a progressive career to date in a PUB or BAR GENERAL MANAGEMENT capacity within a reasonably high-volume establishment. Experience with live music or sports will be distinctly advantageous.
You will be creative and innovative whilst understanding the importance of brand standards, with an EXCELLENT PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.
You will be a LEADER with proven experience in MANAGING AND DEVELOPING A TEAM, as well as having the FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY and acumen to make it profitable.
You will have a natural love and flair for SERVICE and go above and beyond to offer that WOW experience to your guests.
You will be well-presented with excellent personal style (I don't mean you have to wear a 3 piece to work!) with an ENERGETIC AND LIVELY PERSONALITY. You will be naturally 'hospitality' and strive for excellence.
You will be ambitious and have a really strong work ethic.
