I'm looking for an experienced General Manager who is guest and service-focused. You will be involved in the running of the day-to-day operations, ensuring that my client's fantastic culture is maintained and propelled. You will set a great example and continue to be involved in the development of the amazing people within the team.

I am looking for a General Manager that has a real passion for the industry, and a eye for detail to the highest standards with which to serve our guests

Must have at least one year of experience as a General Manager

Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering your team
Will have experience in running busy operations and overseeing large teams
Ability to maintain high standards across all areas of the business
It is essential that you are commercially and financially minded
Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention
