Coq D'Argent is an oasis of tranquillity high above the heart of The City, with sun trap terraces in the summer and snow globes in the winter. The award-winning cuisine is just as impressive as those views and the classic French menu is overseen by Executive Head Chef – Damien Rigollet who has been with us since 2005. This destination restaurant is extremely popular with city workers, for long weekend lunches and foodies alike.
A bit about what you will be doing:
This is one of D&D London's most iconic city venues. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic General Manager, who can ensure delivery of exceptional, refined service to all our guests.
The right candidate must have full confidence in the running of a large scale premium business and have full P&L accountability. You will also have financially astute with a sharp understanding of business finance in order to maximize sales and exceed targets.
As General Manager you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Director to maximize service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the restaurant.
