We are on the lookout for a General Manager

We look for like-minded people to deliver out-of-this-world experiences with feel-good food and expertly crafted drinks in the most captivating venues. This General Manager opportunity is on the whole a Monday to Friday role, Weekend working would be to facilitate exclusive events however the venue will be closed to the public.

What you’ll get up to

As a General Manager, you are the leader of everything within your unit. You have a proven track record in developing people which will serve you well in your site and allow you to focus on the bigger picture.

You will have full autonomy over your P+L and ensure that all targets are met in terms of financial performance. This role, however, is in no way an Office one. You are expected to be always leading from the front in your site.

Although you are an expert in finance, you will spend most of your time with your people to make sure your teams are as bought into success as you are.

Working with your management team, you will ensure that the development of your team is happening with appraisals and performance chats, promoting the development of Future managers. All HR matters will fall to you so ownership over your whole unit is a must. You will work to have a constant stream of people ready to take their next career steps, even if this means promoting to a new site for their next opportunity.
