EL&N is Londons most Instagrammable cafe and we are looking for managers to join us at this exciting time of expansion!

We have an opening for a hands-on, people focused General Manager to join the team someone who knows their PnLs inside out, whos on top of their GPs, whilst also coaching and communicating with the team to reach their true potential.

Please find below a list of your responsibilities within your job role as General Manager

. Full of personality, flair and individuality
. Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences
. Able to understand the financials, and be in control of labour and operational costs
. Fully accountable for stock results and PnLs
. On top of time management, communication and organisation
. Able to coach, train and motivate the team
. Flexible and solution orientated to solve any issues that might arise
. Needs to be experienced in the hospitality sector (Desired)
