EYFS Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:
- As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your primary role will be to support the EYFS team in delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for young children.
- Assist with classroom activities, helping to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children, fostering their development and ensuring they reach their full potential.
- Work closely with the class teacher and other staff members to implement the EYFS curriculum effectively.
- Support children's social and emotional development, helping to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
EYFS Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
- Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to supporting children's learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.
