The Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant

Graduate Teaching Assistant required for mainstream secondary school. The Graduate Teaching Assistant will be working full time supporting pupils in their learning starting from September 2024. The Graduate Teaching Assistant will be confident in supporting pupils academically as a classroom support with occasion 1:1 support of low ability pupils. The Graduate Teaching Assistant will be confident in using own initiative as well as working as part of a team through a structured working schedule. The Graduate Teaching Assistant will have a degree, ideally 2:1 and a passion to eventually embark on teacher training or career development within the education sector.
