We are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Ealing, seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is considering a career in teaching or working with children in an educational setting.
The Role:
- Supporting students across the school, ensuring all children, including those with additional needs, receive the guidance they need to succeed.
- Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Leading small-group interventions to support learning and development.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
- Assisting with day-to-day classroom activities and school events.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
- Passionate about inclusion and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
- Full of energy, proactive, and eager to get involved in all aspects of school life.
- A great communicator who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential.
