Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Location and Start Date: Based in Kennington, this Primary SEN Unit is seeking a dedicated HLTA to start in the first week of June on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. Immediate trials are available for suitable candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in this Primary SEN Unit, you will play a vital role in supporting primary-aged children with ASC. With classes consisting of 8 pupils, you will work alongside a dedicated team to deliver engaging lessons and provide additional support to meet the unique needs of each child. Additionally, you will occasionally cover classes once a week, showcasing your strong ASC experience and commitment to student success.
Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Requirements: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ASC children and possess the confidence and commitment to work 4-5 days a week.
