As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching staff, assisting pupils with their learning, and helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment. • Supporting class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and learning activities.

• Working one-on-one or in small groups with pupils to reinforce learning and aid progression.

• Assisting in the preparation of classroom resources and maintaining a safe, tidy learning space.

• Monitoring pupil behaviour and promoting positive interactions in line with the school’s behaviour policy.

• Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and any areas of concern.

• Supporting children with additional needs to access the curriculum effectively.

• Contributing to a supportive and inclusive school culture.

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude toward children.

• A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning.

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

• Two professional references and the right to work in the UK.
