As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching staff, assisting pupils with their learning, and helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment. What the Role Will Involve:-
Supporting class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and learning activities.

Working one-on-one or in small groups with pupils to reinforce learning and aid progression.

Assisting in the preparation of classroom resources and maintaining a safe, tidy learning space.

Monitoring pupil behaviour and promoting positive interactions in line with the school’s behaviour policy.

Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and any areas of concern.

Supporting children with additional needs to access the curriculum effectively.

Contributing to a supportive and inclusive school culture.

Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude toward children.

A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning.

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Two professional references and the right to work in the UK.
