ABOUT THE ROLE
The Laundry Supervisor position assists in overseeing and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Laundry, Linen and Uniform room. Ensures the highest standard of laundry services are provided to guests in accordance with hotel standards. The Laundry Supervisor will maintain all hotel linen and uniforms to the highest standard and operate within the budget. Assisting the housekeeping managers, the Laundry Supervisor will to strive to introduce innovation into the laundry operation whilst maintaining cost efficiency.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a Laundry Supervisor or Valet in a similar or same size propert
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Experience working with Opera PMS System
- Good understanding of laundry systems & processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with a POS (micros)
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- Distinctive, professional and warm personality
