Reed HR are working with a Professional Services firm to recruit a DEIB Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) agenda across the company’s global network. This is a unique opportunity to lead and deliver a newly refreshed DEIB strategy, shaping and implementing localised plans and supporting leadership in achieving their DEIB objectives.

About the Role

The team is dynamic and ambitious, focused on delivering impactful results. With collaboration and innovation at their core, you will have numerous opportunities to influence the firm’s approach to DEIB.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of localised DEIB plans for Business Services and our Legal Services Unit.
  • Support the Head of DEIB in shaping and delivering DEIB agenda plans,
  • Implement the firm’s various DEIB plans throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Team to shape the DEIB curriculum, create content, and run joint programmes (e.g., Race Reverse Mentoring programme).
  • Work with the Policy team to ensure our policies support greater inclusion and belonging.
  • Develop DEIB objectives for procurement and supply chain relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in DEIB, including sub-agendas, challenges, and current trends.
  • Experience in designing and delivering localised evidence-based DEIB strategies in an international context.
  • Proficient in using and analysing data to identify gaps/trends, inform DEIB strategies, and measure impact.
  • Skilled in building relationships and engaging with a multitude of stakeholders, including at senior levels, to grow engagement and deliver change.
  • Good understanding of Learning & Development and Policies in the context of DEIB.
