HR & Admin Executive - FMCG - Mandarin Speaker
Salary up to £31,000 + benefits
London Office - Hybrid
We are working with a fantastic FMCG brand with a strong market presence in their category and have plans to double the size of their European office in the next 5 years. They are looking for a HR & Admin Executive in a newly created role to help them on their growth journey.
The most suitable candidate will have strong experience in Admin and Microsoft Office and speak Chinese and English fluently.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior HR Manager in HR documents.
- Manage and maintain staff records and prepare appropriate reports and charts where needed.
- Alongside the HR team, promote positive work culture and look at initiatives to drive this.
- Assist with HR documentation and ensure compliance and best practice is achieved.
- Oversee office supplies.
- Manage onboarding of new employees and relevant documentation.
- Assist with employee travel arrangements and benefits.
- Liaising with relevant vendors for invoices and bills.
Key skills required:
- 2 years in an administrative role
- Mandarin Speaker.
- Strong communication and relationships skills.
