This is a fantastic opportunity for a Italian speaking HR Manager to manage the end to end employee life cycle for UK and Italian employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources, with a specific focus on recruitment, end to end recruitment and training.

Our client is a female focused pharmaceutical business based across the globe. They have a workforce of over 5,000 employees.

Description

  • Manage the end to end employee life cycle including
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • on boarding/off boarding
    • ER
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Support of managers/management
    • Coaching leadership
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program

Profile

The successful candidate will have / be the following

  • Fluent in Italian
  • Experience in HR Manager / HR Business Partner role
  • End to end employee life cycle
  • Experience in training, ER, payroll
  • Proven working experience in a HR management role
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
