We are currently looking for a HR Manager to join an Education firm in North West London, this is paying up to 60k. This role is onsite and is working 8-4. This role will require ten years or more experience in a similar role.
The role
- Work with the CPO to contribute to long-term planning for the HR team
- Analyse trends and metrics
- Engage with managers to conduct a detailed training and learning needs analysis
- Train, coach, and guide managers in the development of working practices
- Roll out and follow up of regular employee engagement initiatives
