A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly prestigious professional services firm in Central London as they seek an HR Manager to join their team on a 12 month FTC. As the HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of their talent management and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Key duties of the HR Manager to include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment, addressing employee concerns and mediating conflicts.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and company growth.
  • Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal standards and industry best practices.
  • HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that support our long-term business objectives.

Requirements for the successful HR Manager candidate:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in the UK.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Previous managerial / team leadership experience
  • A passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
