An exciting position has arisen for a HR Policy Advisor to provide some short term support to a local community based Charity.
The successful post holder will be responsible for reviewing and updating company HR policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing company HR polices and procedures
- Dealing with various HR policies such as grievance, disciplinary, WFH, maternity etc.
- Providing guidance and advice on current and new policies
- Contributing fully to the development of new and existing policies
- Responsible for advising and supporting senior management on policy creation
- Carrying out other HR tasks as requested by the HR Manager and Head of Governance
Essential Profile:
- Level 7 CIPD (desirable)
- Extensive experience in researching and reviewing HR policies
- At least 5 years experience in a HR position
Rate: £200 - £250 per day
Contract Type: 3 month temporary contract
