HR Policy Manager needed for London council. Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR you will be responsible for all HR Policies. Ensuring they are up to date with employment law and fit for purpose. You will develop strong relationships with the unions and will have regular meetings to keep them updated. You will also be responsible for complying with subject access requests (SARS) and Freedom of Information Requests (FOI). This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR policy specialist or a generalist HR professional with strong policy experience. This role offers excellent flexible working with the opportunity to work remotely much of the time, however you will need to be able to be onsite when needed, on average 1 day a week.
