- Addressing payroll inquiries.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conducting year-end and month-end procedures.
- Partnering with the finance team on global compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Managing and reporting on HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Handling benefits processing, implementations, and project tasks.
- Proficiency in managing tasks independently.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end in-house payroll processing.
- Familiarity with benefits administration.
- Reporting experience (good to have)
- Previous involvement in a private sector or corporate environment.
