An opportunity has arisen for a talented and high potential Payroll Specialist with the abilities and ambition to branch out further into other aspects of reward.

The majority of this role is UK, European and a little US payroll, however the remit for the successful candidate extends to other essential areas of the HR team.

The Role (shall include but not be limited to)

Payroll

  • Own the payroll process for the UK, US, France, Germany and Luxembourg
  • Assist with Tax implications of the globally mobile
  • Own the payroll audit

Other Duties

  • Contribute to the annual salary and bonus review
  • Manage the annual staff budget process
  • Conduct benchmarking
  • Work with an HRIS to prepare workforce planning data

The Candidate

  • At least 5 years' experience of payroll with at least 3 years' experience managing an annual payroll process in a fast paced UK based Financial Services environment, ideally Buy Side.
  • Experience generating detailed reports
  • Strong IT including advanced Excel.

This role is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
