Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process monthly payrolls across UK and selected international offices.

Oversee compliance with UK payroll legislation and internal controls.

Handle partner payments, pension contributions, and third-party reconciliations.

Lead and mentor a Payroll Specialist.

Collaborate closely with HR and Tax teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Requirements:

8+ years’ experience in payroll, ideally within a partnership or professional services environment.

Strong understanding of UK payroll regulations and international payroll exposure.
